† There is a minimum charge of 1 hour when service is performed. We calculate the cost of repair based on the amount of time it takes to perform a particular task, and utilizing the following weighted amounts:
$45/hr In House
$55/hr On site
†† Travel time will be included during On Site service calls. The amount charged will be the amount of time online mapping software estimates for a round-trip, we will then round to the nearest 1/4 hour. For example the estimate online states that it would take 10 minutes to get to your location, but with Atlanta traffic it actually take 30 minutes you will only be charged for 1/4 hour (10 minutes each way rounded to nearest 1/4 hour).
